- Personal Contact Data: Full name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and city for reliable courier delivery across Pakistan.
- Custom Design & Artwork Uploads: High-resolution graphics, logos, vector files, text prints, and sizing specifications provided during the custom shirt design process.
- Payment & Transaction Information: Payment method selections (Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa). We do not store credit card or bank PIN details on our servers.
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, cookies, and page interaction metrics to improve web performance and shopping experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected strictly for legitimate business purposes associated with custom shirt printing and customer satisfaction:
Order Fulfillment
Processing print mockups, fabric cutting, screen/DTF printing, and nationwide shipping via TCS, Leopard, and M&P.
Custom Artwork Proofing
Sending digital print proofs via WhatsApp or email for final approval before production begins.
Customer Support
Assisting with bulk order inquiries, size exchanges, order tracking, and design consultations.
Platform Security
Preventing fraudulent transactions, verifying order authenticity, and securing client accounts.
3. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property Privacy
We understand the sensitivity of custom corporate logos, school uniforms, and event branding. Your artwork privacy is guaranteed:
- Zero Unauthorized Reuse: Logos, artwork, and custom designs uploaded by you will never be resold, reused, or shared with third parties for commercial gain.
- Corporate NDA Compliance: For corporate clients and bulk orders, we gladly sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.
- Design File Archiving: Uploaded design files are securely stored for 90 days to allow effortless re-ordering, after which you can request permanent deletion.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is only shared with trusted service providers necessary to complete your service:
- Courier Partners:Name, delivery address, and contact number shared with registered shipping providers (TCS, Leopard, M&P, CallCourier) to complete delivery.
- Payment Processing Partners: Transaction IDs shared with verified banking partners and mobile wallet gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) for payment verification.
- Legal Obligations: Information disclosed only if required by law or in response to valid legal processes under the laws of Pakistan.

256-bit SSL encryption safeguards all data transmitted between your browser and our web servers.
Only authorized production personnel have access to order files for printing purposes.
