1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope
Welcome to ShirtPrinting.pk. By accessing our website, purchasing custom apparel, or requesting bulk custom printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
- These terms govern all custom apparel orders, website interactions, custom online design tool usage, and bulk B2B printing services performed by ShirtPrinting.pk across Pakistan.
- If you are placing an order on behalf of an organization, company, school, or event, you represent that you possess full authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Custom Orders & Digital Proof Approvals
Custom shirt printing requires mutual alignment on design specifications, sizing, and colors:
Digital Mockup Proofing
Prior to mass production, a digital print proof (PDF or image mockup) will be provided via email or WhatsApp. Production begins only after client approval.
Color Matching & Tolerance
Due to screen display variations, final printed colors on fabric (Screen/DTF/Sublimation) may vary slightly (±5-10%) from digital RGB monitors.
Size Specifications
Please consult our official Size Chart before ordering. Garment manufacturing tolerances allow a standard variance of ±0.5 to 1 inch.
Order Modification Window
Design or size changes can only be accepted before final proof approval. Once printing commences, no alterations can be made.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms
All prices listed on ShirtPrinting.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
- Single & Retail Orders: Payable via Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- Bulk & Corporate Orders: Require a 50% advance deposit upon proof approval, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to dispatch or upon delivery.
- Price Validity: Official quotations for custom corporate printing remain valid for 15 days from date of issuance.
4. Shipping & Delivery Across Pakistan
We dispatch orders nationwide through verified logistics partners (TCS, Leopard, M&P):
- Production Time: Standard retail orders ship in 3-5 working days. Custom bulk orders ship within 7-10 working days based on quantity.
- Transit Times: Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) typically deliver in 24-48 hours post-dispatch. Remote regions may take 3-5 days.
- Tracking: A unique consignment tracking number is sent via SMS/Email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier service.
5. Returns, Replacements & Quality Guarantee
We take extreme pride in our print quality and fabric durability:
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, fabric damage, or a printing mistake that deviates from your approved digital proof, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos. We will reprint and replace the affected garments free of charge.
- Custom Goods Exception: Because custom printed items are uniquely personalized, items cannot be returned due to customer size selection errors or change of mind after proof approval.
6. Copyright & User Artwork Warranties
By uploading artwork, brand logos, or images to ShirtPrinting.pk, you warrant and represent that:
- You own full copyright, trademark, or license permission for the images, logos, slogans, and graphics uploaded for printing.
- ShirtPrinting.pk reserves the right to refuse orders containing hate speech, illegal trademarks, or unauthorized trademark infringements.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pakistan.
